Our Founder has been on an innovation continuum that started back in 2001 when he patented the fluorescent highbay. His inventions have been installed in more than 10,000 facilities worldwide reducing load to the electric grid exceeding 500 megawatts while saving his customers more than 2 billion dollars in operating expenses. The GLT Team remains committed to product innovation that delivers exceptional ROI's while reducing load on our aging electric grid while contributing to improved air and water quality.
Meet the founder
Neal R. Verfuerth is a 30-year industry veteran with a proven track record encompassing product innovation, world-class manufacturing and sales execution. One of the nation's top 500 inventors, he is the inventor of more than 100 patented products in lighting, controls and renewable energy. Based on timeless principles of physics, his inventions have been installed in 10,000 facilities worldwide, including 150 of the Fortune 500.
